Since our inception, we have been driven by a singular goal: to do our part in making our community a better place for all to live and prosperHEARTS works in cooperation with area churches, volunteers, and business willing to give their expertise, skills, and resources to help people with short – term needs reach long – term success. We have gained a reputation as a professional organization that provides very high standards of care and support but also one that understands what it means to have struggling young families fighting for survival in these challenging times. Our programs are designed to improve the quality of life for children and their families living in Cleburne County. We ensure out partners share this same vision by creating opportunities for individuals and communities to join in supporting us with our ministry outreaches.

Jacksonville State University Baptist Campus Ministries

BSU started as a ministry to campus headquartered at First Baptist Church of Jacksonville. Through the years the groups moved from vespers, choirs and banquets to an ensemble, Agape lunchesSPOTS trips, and summer missions. Today, with the name changed to BCM, the experience is BCM Worship, praise bands, and D-Groups. But the substance of the ministry remains the same– to see lost students saved, saved students discipled and discipled students sent–to the campus and into the world.

Annie Armstrong

The Annie Armstrong offering was started in 1895 by Woman’s Missionary Union® (WMU) to benefit the work of the Home Mission Board (now North American Mission Board). In 1934, it was named in honor of Annie Armstrong, a bold missions advocate and WMU’s first national executive leader. Today, more than $2 billion has been donated by Southern Baptist churches and individuals to support thousands of missionaries in church planting and compassion ministries. Because of this sacrificial giving, millions of lives have been and continue to be transformed by the power of the gospel.

Lottie Moon

In 1873, Lottie Moon was appointed as a missionary to China. She spent nearly 40 years sharing the gospel with love, courage, and unwavering faith. Her letters home inspired churches to pray and give, leading to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions. Today, this offering supports missionaries and helps take the life-transforming message of Jesus to the nations. Let’s honor her legacy by praying and giving so others can hear the hope of the gospel.

We send and support missionaries to share the gospel, make disciples, and plant churches where Jesus is not known. Until the gospel has reached every people, in every place, and every language—we have work to do. This is the Great Pursuit.

Myers-Mallory
